About the Job

SCOPE: To efficiently and effectively assist the Sales Management Team in the daily planning, organization, and administration of our Consumer Goods Business (Food/Drug/Mass).

SKILLS REQUIRED: Organizational skills, Communications skills, Interpersonal skills, Personal adaptability skills and Technical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and maintain timely tracking and reporting of customers, products, and trade channel sales results to support the Sales Management Team.

· Maintain the organized filing of customers, vendors and internal documents.

· Responsibilities include learning and utilizing customer required technical programs and keeping Sales Team up to date.

· Responsible for timely submitting of all customer forms and business documents.

· Organize and maintain the ongoing promotional commitments and communicate those commitments to the finance department in a timely manner.

· Recommend to immediate supervisor new and/or revised work methods and standards.

· Coordinate work with other departments when and where necessary to complete an assignment or project.

· To develop processing procedures to meet department needs.

· Responsible for the maintaining of procedural guides and manuals for our business with national and regional customers.

· To assist in budgetary planning, tracking and reporting to supervisor.
